We Stand Against Rape
At least 30 women are raped in the capital of Togo, Lome. Many are frightened to come forward due to shame and harassment. Nassini Foundation advocates for best practices to prevent and respond to Gender-Based Violence (GBV). NF is also now focused on working towards preventing harassment.
What We DO For Rape Victims
Explore our Counselling, Capacity Building, and Awareness-raising Programs. Let’s pledge to help and make a difference by donating and striving towards empowering survivors of sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) in need. Make a difference and create an impact in the lives of survivors of sexual assault through your donations.
NFI (Nassini Foundation Inc. ) has also advocated for the rights of survivors (women and minors), fair and impartial trials, access to health-care services (including reproductive health rights), and trauma counseling. NF has a robust advocacy, capacity-building and awareness-raising component through which it reaches out to communities for dialogue to improve local responses to prevent sexual violence including harassment and provide rape kits.
Other Objectives Of NFI
We pursue this mission through integrated, holistic commitment to:
- Transformational development that is community-based and sustainable, focused especially on the needs of mother and children.
- Emergency relief that assists people afflicted by conflict or disaster.
- Building Heath Clinics and Maternity Care that are important in improving mother and child lives and reduce mortality. In nations such as in Togo, 3 in 10 women die from childbirth. To change that, the entire health care system that is provided abroad will be needed to save lives.
- Partnerships with individual and businesses to contribute to faster turnout in order to improve life quickly and periodically as well as social transformation.
- Public awareness that leads to informed understanding, giving, involvement, and prayer.
- Put an end to rape
